This website is run by Monkhouse and Partners Ltd, trading as Monkhouse & Partners. These terms cover your use of monkhouse.ai. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.

These terms do not cover paid work. Every engagement, including the Payback Map, is governed by its own signed proposal or statement of work, which sets out scope, fees, timings, confidentiality and liability.

The content on this site is general information. It is not financial, legal, tax or professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such.

The calculator produces an estimate from the figures you enter, using a simple formula. It is not a forecast or a promise of results. Figures shown in the diagrams and the sample Payback Map are worked examples, not results for a named client. Actual outcomes depend on your business and are agreed in writing before any build.

The text, design, images, video, diagrams and the MH mark on this site belong to Monkhouse and Partners Ltd or are used under licence. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, reproduce or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Client, press and partner names and logos belong to their owners. They show work, coverage or relationships, and do not mean those organisations endorse us.

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, scraping it at volume, or submitting false information through its forms.

We link to third-party sites, such as the research we cite and the booking calendar. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or withdraw content at any time.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
