Accessibility
How we make this site work for everyone, where it falls short, and how to tell us.
Last updated 15 October 2026
01Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use monkhouse.ai. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
02What we have done
- Body text meets a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 against its background.
- Every link, button, slider and form field works with a keyboard and shows a visible focus state.
- Images and film carry text descriptions; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Headings follow a logical order, and each page has a single main heading.
- If your device asks for reduced motion, scroll animations and moving numbers are switched off and the hero shows a still state.
- The layout works from 320 pixels wide and when text is enlarged to 200%.
- The hero film has no sound, so it needs no captions.
03Known limitations
- The embedded booking calendar is provided by Cal.com, and its accessibility is outside our control. If it does not work for you, email us and we will book a time with you directly.
- Some generated images contain short words as part of the picture. These are decorative, and nothing on the page depends on reading them.
04Tell us if something does not work
Email contact@monkhouse.ai with the page and the problem. We will reply within five working days, and either fix it or get you the information another way.
05If you are not happy with our response
In the UK, the Equality and Human Rights Commission is responsible for enforcing the Equality Act 2010. You can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) for advice.
06Review
We last reviewed the site against WCAG 2.2 AA on the date at the top of this page, and we check again whenever the site changes significantly.
